Teenage pregnancy

            I’m surprised because some of my childhood friends are already pregnant or has already given birth in spite of their young age. I can’t believe that they will be mothers and fathers earlier than the marrying age because they are still very young and I think they should still be enjoying their teenage life and should be studying. But it’s already there, their teenage days were gone because it’s already replaced by the responsibility to care and love their offspring.

            Teenage pregnancy? Isn’t a new topic for us Filipinos, right? Since then it’s already a major issue for teenagers like me. What is the root cause of why female teenagers get pregnant? It is all because of premarital sex. Teenagers engage into it on their younger years because they are already aware of it and of course they want to experiment on it. Sex is on billboards, and on television, in magazines and also in movies. It’s in the music w listen to, and it floods the internet. It has been used to destroy the innocence of children and has made a on the lives of teenagers.

            Everyone could easily get into it, anytime with whomever, even with no commitment and responsibility. But it has come a long way from the original design God has made for us. God’s design for sex must be enjoyed within the boundaries of marriage, love and a lifetime of commitment for each other. For teens that are outside marriage, sex does not build up self-worth, but rather destroys it. Sex that is practiced outside of God’s plan has long term consequences like the unwanted pregnancies and abortion especially for teenagers.

            If you’re a teenage mother without a job and also a partner beside you, how can you handle this situation? It is so hard to be a mother to an offspring when you are still immature and not ready for the responsibilities given to you. You cannot bring back time and rewind every wrong things you have done. So better listen to your parents’ advices, because they know better than you. They are more experienced because they had also been a teenager. Pray to our Lord God, ask for his guidance and ask him for his forgiveness.     J

Bakit kaya may mga taong bossy? Natural lang ba talaga sa kanila ang pagiging lider or nagmamagaling lang sila at gusto nila utusan lahat ng tao? Hmm... Malamang depende pa rin ‘yun sa tao. May iba kasi na natural na sa kanila ang nasa itaas kumbaga born to be a leader at hindi mo makikitaan ng kayabangan. May iba naman na nagmamagaling lang, utos dito utos doon, ‘di rin naman sila gumagalaw. Alam mo ba kung ano ang gusto ko iparating? Naiinis ako, kasi kapag ikaw ang nautusan ng mga tang bossy kahit gaano kalaking effort ang ibigay mo parang wala pa rin, kasi may mapapansin at mapapansin siyang mali. Pero minsan naiintindihan ko rin ang iba sa kanila, kasi kung ang mga miyembro ng grupo mo ay walang initiative karapa-dapat lamang silang bigyan ng kanilang mga gagawin upang sila ay kumilos. Ganyan talaga sa school, bawat isa ay may kanya kanyang personality. Dapat lang ay intindihin at irespeto natin ang kanya-kanyang ugali,baka may malalim na dahilan kung bakit sila gano’n o marahil ay hindi lang nila napapansin ang ugali nilang gano’n. Kaya dapat kausapin din natin sila para maging aware sila at hindi ‘yung nag-babackfight tayo sa kanila.
